TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
BOOKING
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total price of your rental.
This payment must reach us within 5 working days after creation of the file (option). After this period your option will be cancelled.
Your reservation is considered final as soon as we have confirmed it by email.
Without confirmation from us your reservation cannot be considered as final.
The full price of your rental is due one month before the beginning of your stay.
In case of late booking, less than five weeks before arrival, the total amount of the stay will be claimed at the time of booking. In case of outstanding balance 30 days before arrival, we reserve the right to consider your reservation as cancelled and to apply the cancellation conditions defined below.
Bank charges for any cheque or transfer drawn on or made to a foreign bank will be at your expense and added to the amount of the reservation.
The client must insure himself against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage, by an extension of insurance covering his main residence or other special holiday insurance.
PRICES
The prices quoted are per week of rental. They include all charges inherent to the apartment: water, electricity, gas, heating, swimming pool. Linen can be provided, but at an extra charge.
Our prices include (unless otherwise indicated) fees and taxes, water and electricity consumption.
Our prices do not include cancellation insurance (optional) and payment of tourist tax.
In the event of early departure, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in full, by way of compensation, without any other form.
In low season, the access to the swimming pool is not included as it is closed.
CANCELLATION
1/ Insurance
All cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt: the date of receipt determines the cancellation fee according to the following scale.
This scale is not applicable in the numerous cases of cancellation provided for by the cancellation insurance if subscribed.
2/ Cancellation penalties
If you cancel more than 45 days before your arrival, the cancellation fee will be equal to 30% of the amount of your rental.
Between 45 and 30 days before your arrival: the cancellation fees are equal to 50% of the amount of your rental.
Between 30 days and the date of your arrival: 100% of the amount of your rental.
RENTAL PERIODS
The periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Departure time: between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.
CLEAN
The apartment must be left as clean as when you arrived. We invite you to be particularly vigilant on this point: on your arrival to check the state of the property and on your departure to clean or have the apartment cleaned. If you wish, a cleaning package can be booked at the time of booking.
ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
If you exceed the number of people provided for in your rental, on your arrival or during your stay, you do so at the risk of being refused access or of incurring a price increase.
ANIMALS
Our animal friends are not welcome in the apartment.
SWIMMING POOL
The access to the swimming pool of the residence is free except in low season when it is closed. You must comply with the internal rules of the swimming pool under penalty of expulsion.
SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 600 € will be systematically requested by the person in charge of the reception.
If you are not present, we can refuse you entry. It will be returned to you in full within a minimum period of 10 days, minus telephone charges and any damage. This cheque is never cashed by the owners.
We also recommend you to be vigilant about the state of the premises.
CLAIMS
You have 48 hours after your arrival to report by e-mail or telephone any dispute concerning the description, quality or cleanliness of the accommodation. After this time, we will not take into account any complaint. Any complaint concerning your stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days after the end of your stay. We will reply as soon as possible.
Please specify the dates of your stay.
We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left in the apartment after the apartment has been vacated.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.
They are in accordance with the provisions of decree n°94-490 of 15 June 1994 taken in application of article 31 of law n°92-645 of 13 July 1992 fixing the conditions for the exercise of activities relating to the organisation and management of the apartment.
